Loyola Meralco Sparks will be off to Indonesia this week to face Indonesia Super League sides Arema Malang, Mitra Kukar and Persepam Madura in the Menpora Cup to be held from September 20 to 26.
Arema Malang were crowned ISL champions in 2009-10 and were runner ups in 2010-11. Currently they are in 2nd in the ISL with 19 wins, 6 draws and 7 losses.
Mitra Kukar were three time winners in the old Premier Football League and currently sits at 4th in the ISL with 17 wins, 8 draws and 7 losses.
Persepam Madura are currently in their maiden season in the ISL after winning promotion last season, however they are 12th in the ISL with 11 wins, 7 draws and 15 losses.
Loyola Meralco will first face Arema Malang on September 21 at 6:30pm, Indonesia time then Mitra Kukar on September 23 at 3:30pm, Indonesia time. They will last face Persepam Madura United on September 25 at 3:30pm, Indonesia time.
The first placed team in each group will advance to the final to be played on September 26 at 5:00pm, Indonesia time.
